Pilbara Jasper is a rare Australian jasper chalcedony from the Pilbara Region of Western Australia, prized for its distinctive appearance and extreme scarcity. This material is recognized for its brecciated pattern featuring jet black coffee-colored backgrounds contrasted with milky white spiderweb formations. Very little Pilbara Jasper has been mined, making this material exceptionally difficult to find.
WHAT MAKES IT SPECIAL
The coffee and cream contrast in this slab is beautifully defined, with warm tones that set it apart from typical Pilbara specimens. This is exceptionally rare material from the remote Australian Outback.
