Shipping policy

Domestic

Lapidary Central will make its best efforts to have items shipped within 1-4 business days, with typical shipping times averaging around 2 business days.  Delivery Time can vary based on what shipping service you choose and their congestion.  Most packages however are delivered within 3-5 business days after shipping.  All items shipped via priority mail have at least $50 insurance.  All shipments will also contain tracking, which will be emailed to you via our automated system.  Being a small business, and a mining company, shipping can sometimes take longer than the expected time mentioned above.  We appreciate you working with us if that is a case.

International

International shipments follow the same timeline as domestic (1-4 business days till shipment), however delivery times generally take 10-15 business days, depending on carrier congestion, customs congestion, and current events.  It is up to you to see whether your country is currently accepting shipments.  If customs or your country denies your package and returns it to us, you will be responsible to pay for shipment back to you, unless it was a direct fault of Lapidary Central.
