Powell Butte Plume Agate is an old Oregon classic plume agate from near Powell Butte Oregon. This agate was well known for its wildly interesting and unique moss, and its potential for multi colored plumes. It can often have larger pits, but these can be incorporated into a cab for a nice natural look. It tends to take a pretty good polish. With this interesting pattern, its easy to see why old time rock hounds were addicted to this stone.
