Description
Wyoming Turritella is a form of fossil snails that has been highly silicated! These fossil snails create some really unique pattern within the stone, along with protruding from the surface for a pretty neat effect! The snails within are freshwater snails, and is from an ancient lakebed over what is now the Green River formation! It takes a pretty decent polish and works into some truly unique cabochons!
