How long before my orders ship?

  Lapidary Central generally tries to have orders out within 24-48 hours, however some circumstances may extend time until shipment.  If we are running behind, we will do our best to update you.

Do you offer a return or refund policy?

  We have a full 90 day money back guarantee.  If for any reason you are unhappy with the purchase, send us an email at sales@lapidarycentral.com or use the Message Us button down below to initiate a refund.  If you receive an item that has been broke in the mail, we do ask that you please contact us within 5 business days so we may initiate a USPS claim.  If you fail to do this, your money back guarantee may be void.  

Do you do custom orders or offer cutting/polishing services?

For the most part, we do not offer cutting/polishing services, however, with some of our items, we can do basic customization.  Feel more than welcome to use the message us button below to see if the item you are looking at has options we could fulfill.
