Description
Roan Leopard Marble is a lapidary stone material out of Utah. It does not appear to be a jasper or a rhyolite, nor does it appear to be a type of marble. I am honestly unsure of what its composition is. It almost appears to be similar to basalt in density and composition, though from the outside it appears to be sedementary in nature. It does cut pretty solid, and should take a polish. It often has a nice coloration of black, red, and yellow; though it can differ piece to piece. It is a pretty unique one and tons of fun to work with!
