Polka Dot Agate is a classic Central Oregon stone that often has colored polka dots in some beautiful blue agate. It is well known for being fairly solid and for taking a nice polish. Once you work with or see some, it becomes obvious why rockhounds for decades have been in love with this agate. It can also sometimes have other unique features like moss agate, blue ice, dendrites, and more.
Photos are generally taken wet to simulate what a polish may look like.
Weight: Approx 7 lbs 9 oz
Measurements (inches - longest - approx): 9.7 x 5 x 4.2
I do my best to represent the stones with photos. I don't enhance pictures, though sometimes brightness and contrast on monitors may differ, and while an image may look just like the rock on my end, it will sometimes appear brighter or duller on your end. I run my monitor using the default brightness and contrast settings. All rough photos are generally taken wet with water unless otherwise specified.
