Kaleidoscope Jasper Tumbling & Trimmer Flatrate – bright red to deep blue and purple – some of the last we will ever offer
This flat rate box is packed with tumbling and trimming rough and features some high grade from multiple holes. Kaleidoscope Jasper ranges from bright red to deep blue and purple, with no two pieces the same, and most varieties take a brilliant mirror polish. This box comes from the last trip we made to the mine before declaring it depleted, and we think it will be a cabbing delight.

Kaleidoscope Jasper is a rare and visually diverse jasper from Oregon, known for its incredible range of colors, formations, and organic inclusions. Unlike traditional seam or vein jaspers, Kaleidoscope was found in small, isolated pockets, sometimes just feet apart, making it extremely difficult and unproductive to mine. This scarcity contributed to the low volume that ever reached the market.
WHAT MAKES IT SPECIAL
This box features genuine high grade pulled on our final dig, with no high grade removed from the pile. Pieces were sorted through three phases, at the mine, during washing, and again going into inventory, so every chunk is good, workable material.
PERFECT FOR
• Tumbling and cabbing
• Learning lapidary and practice
• Collectors of rare Oregon jasper
PHOTO NOTE: Photos show the exact pieces included in this flat rate. Colors may vary on monitors.
Rough stones may contain natural fractures, pits, or inclusions typical of unpolished material. Kaleidoscope can sometimes carry a white, green, or black skin that may need to be worked to reveal the pattern.
This is some of the last Kaleidoscope Jasper we will ever have in stock. Once it is gone, it is gone for good.
