Description
Eagle Rock Plume Agate is an old Oregon classic from Central Oregon near Prineville. This old stock classic was found in the 1940s by Shirley Quant, but many years later, it was mined due to someone else claiming it while he served. It has a gorgeous variety of colors, well-defined moss agate, some red rhyolite that takes a nice polish, and can also have some fantastic multi-colored moss. When you get a good one, Eagle Rock is a personal favorite of mine to cut. Looking at it, it's pretty obvious how it built a solid name for itself.
Measurements (inches - longest - approx): 3.3 x 2.6 x .24
