💧 Agua Nueva Agate Slab – Blue Fortification Meets Moss Agate Magic

Agua Nueva Agate is a stunning agate from Mexico. Agua Nueva sometimes has fortification but is often a high-contrast, well-defined moss agate. It is relatively hard and solid and takes a mirror polish. Agua Nueva means “New Water” agate and is found near where the famous Laguna Agate is mined, on the Agua Nueva Ranch. It can occasionally have fractures but generally yields very workable slabs for cabs. Agua Nueva Agate is getting harder and harder to find, especially in excellent quality.
