Rhodonite is a lapidary grade Manganese oxide. It often features a stunning pink/bubblegum coloration, with black iron hematite veins through it. It can take a good polish and work into some pretty neat cabochons. Rhodonite has been used throughout history as a decorative or carving stone! With such beauty, it is no wonder humans throughout history have found it attractive!
