This box features mostly old stock Arroyo Picture Jasper, but also has a few old stock chunks of Owyhee Picture Jasper.
Arroyo Picture Jasper was an old stock Jasper dug in Oregon, from an unknown location! To my knowledge, it has been over 30 years since this material was depleted! It has some amazing blue skies and rolling hills, and can also have some sunset displays as well! It is a bit softer, but it still takes a glossy polish and quickly works into some amazing cabochons! Old Time rock hounds use to love this material as it grinds easy, but still holds up and is nice and solid! This is certainly a batch of this super rare oregon picture jasper you won't want to miss out on!
