Brazilian Rainbow Agates, also known as Bahia Agates, are a high variety old stock agate and jasper that has been lightly river worn, often exposing some neat pattern. They are a really neat one to tumble and polish, as a light tumbling will generally expose some really amazing pattern, and they then take a fantastic mirror polish, generally with ease.
Bahia Brazilian Rainbow Agates often have tons of variety, with fortification, eyes, tubes, jasper, waterlines, quartz crystal areas, and layers of multicolored agate. Each one can be completely unique. They can also be cabbed as is with great results, or trimmed for one cab slabs. 99% range from dime to silver dollar sized, with larger ones being extremely rare.
These are very hard to come by and find!
